Welcome to Adiga’s Cabz! By using our cab services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official channels: website, phone (+91 84519 26710), or email (info@adigascabz.com).
- A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from Adiga’s Cabz.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details at the time of booking.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, toll charges, and applicable taxes.
- We maintain transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment options before or after the ride as per the booking terms.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made at least 3 hours before pickup time will not be charged.
- Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee based on the trip type.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Responsibilities of Passengers
- Customers are expected to adhere to traffic laws and respect the driver.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged.
- Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited inside the cab.
5. Service Limitations
- Adiga’s Cabz reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or incorrect booking details.
- Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- While we ensure the safety and reliability of our services, Adiga’s Cabz is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the cab.
- We shall not be liable for any delays, missed flights, or appointments due to external factors beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Adiga’s Cabz reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
- Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
